All orders with a value of $75 (before tax) or more are eligible to receive complimentary ground service shipping to any location in the continental U.S.A. Ground shipping excludes Alaksa, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
Typical order processing time is between 1 - 2 business. For ground shipping transit, please allow 3-7 business days based on location. We only ship to the contiguous U.S.A. Please allow for both processing time and transit time when placing an order.
Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delay in delivery.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on selected service at checkout.
We are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.
We are unable to edit, add or remove items on an order once it has been placed. Once the package has left PERCH facility and is in the custody of the shipping carrier we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforseen shipping courier related delays.
