Complimentary Shipping

Orders received which are $75.00 or greater, before applicable taxes, are eligible to receive complimentary ground service shipping to any location in the continental U.S.A. The free shipping option is available at check out. Complimentary shipping offer cannot be used with existing discount codes or promotions. 

Please allow 2-5 business days to process an order before it ships. We cannot currently offer alternative shipping methods to the non-continental US.

Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.

Orders placed on PerchCandleHouse.com ship from our studios in Alhambra, California (91803). Ground Shipping transit times vary by location the order is shipping to. Please reference the map below or UPS.com for more detail. Please account for both processing and transit times when placing an order.

• We are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

• During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.
